Investment, AI & Data Disclosures
Prototype draft · securities counsel approval required before paid AI research
Educational decision support
Apertux provides educational information and organizes evidence. It is not an investment adviser, broker-dealer, financial planner, custodian, or brokerage. It does not provide personalized recommendations, select securities for a user, execute trades, hold funds, or transmit orders.
Independent decisions and risk
Users make independent decisions and transact through unaffiliated brokerage platforms. Every investment involves risk, including loss of principal. Historical performance, scenarios, scores, volatility, and educational classifications do not predict future results.
AI limitations
AI output is probabilistic and may omit facts, misunderstand sources, translate imperfectly, or be incorrect. Recommendation labels, targets, stop-loss instructions, and personalized allocation instructions are prohibited. Verify important information using original sources.
Market and brokerage data
Public preview prices, charts, and news may use live or delayed Polygon data and must be read with the displayed freshness label. Events, profiles, portfolio holdings, scenarios, and brokerage workflows may remain cached, manual, or simulated until their production gates are approved. Read-only brokerage synchronization imports authorized holdings and transactions but cannot trade or move funds.
Compensation and conflicts
The planned business model is subscription-only. Apertux does not plan to receive issuer, fund, brokerage, affiliate, lead-generation, advertising, or transaction compensation. Any future change requires new conflict review and prominent disclosure before activation.
Regulatory launch gate
Paid AI research and portfolio analysis remain disabled in production until qualified federal and Texas securities counsel provides a written classification memorandum and launch approval. Disclosures alone do not determine regulatory status.
