Service and eligibility
Apertux is an educational decision-support service intended for US adults age 18 or older. Prototype functionality and data may change or be unavailable.
No advisory or brokerage relationship
Use of Apertux does not create an adviser-client, fiduciary, broker-customer, custodial, or financial-planning relationship. Users remain responsible for independent decisions and brokerage activity.
Accounts and acceptable use
Users must provide accurate account information, protect credentials, use only accounts they are authorized to connect, and avoid scraping, resale, security interference, illegal activity, or attempts to obtain trading capability.
Subscriptions
Paid terms are governed by the Subscription, Cancellation & Refund Policy. Payment activation requires affirmative recurring-billing consent. Prototype plan changes create no real charge.
Third-party services
Apertux may depend on unaffiliated identity, payment, AI, market-data, email, and brokerage-connectivity providers. Their availability, accuracy, and terms are not guaranteed. Brokerage providers remain separate from Apertux.
Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided as available without guarantees of accuracy, completeness, availability, investment outcome, or fitness for a particular purpose. Final warranty disclaimers, liability limits, dispute terms, governing law, and arbitration choices require counsel review and will not be invented in the prototype.
Changes and contact
Material changes will receive advance notice where required and policy versions and acceptance records will be maintained. Contact legal@apertux.com.
